Network Support Contracts
The Network Support Contract is designed to provide a high level priority support service for Local and Wide Area Networks.
As well as providing unlimited telephone hotline support and emergency on-site visits, the Network Support Contract is designed to provide ongoing proactive support to enable Network Managers to enhance their Networks by optimising performance, reliability and security.
Contract options:-
Priority Telephone Hotline
Designated Network Administrators / Client contacts will be provided with a dedicated Helpdesk number where calls are logged, allocated a call reference number and details of the fault are recorded.
Priority will be given to Support Customers at the time of logging a problem and when an engineer is available the client will contacted to advise a resolution.
Calls will actioned within the contracted response time.
Remote Diagnostics (Optional)
To provide a more effective support service the Procom IT Solutions Limited recommend remote diagnostics, which will allow a Technical Specialist to diagnose and rectify Software problems, network problems and configuration issues by 'dialling in' to a network.
The benefits include a superior speed of response because no time is wasted in travelling and a more accurate diagnosis of the problem.
Access to the network will be at the clients explicit request and permission and is always performed in a secure and safe manner.
This will allow our Engineers to Remotely Connect into a LAN workstation, and/or Server that has an Internet enabled Network connection.
