All Procom’s Support contracts are tailored to our clients requirements, meaning you will only ever pay for the service you receive.
How quick will you respond ?
Typically Procom’s clients will request a 2hr Response time to Server issues and 4hrs for a Workstation or similar issue. But these response times are negotiated dependent on your specific requirements and maybe shorter or longer.
